- Will it actually work for my type of build?
- If you're a residential renovator, commercial fitout builder, civil contractor, heritage restoration team, or design-build firm — yes. We ship 15 sector-specific pricebook templates and let you tag any project to one. The estimate templates auto-load the right line items so a fitout doesn't get loaded with bridge piers.
- What if I'm already on another system?
- Import a real project on the trial. If it doesn't beat what you're using, walk away — we won't be offended. Most trials end with the user importing 2-3 more projects in week 2.
- Does my site supervisor need a separate licence?
- No. Every plan includes role-based access from day one. You add a Site Manager user; they see the schedule, photos, defects, safety, and attendance — but not contract values, variations, or supplier rates. Some other platforms charge extra for this; we don't.
- Can my client sign a proposal on their phone?
- Yes. The proposal email has a Sign Now button. Tap it, signature pad opens in their browser, type their name, hit Accept. Their signature, name, IP and timestamp stamp into the PDF and the project record. No DocuSign needed.
- Where is my data hosted?
- Hosted in a hardened cloud datacentre with full TLS encryption. Your data stays inside the platform — it only leaves for Stripe payment processing and (if you've enabled them) AI requests using your own API key. Region-specific privacy rules (Privacy Act, GDPR, etc.) apply per your project's region.
- What about ISO 27001 / data security?
- We've built the technical controls expected by ISO 27001 Annex A — RBAC, audit logging, encrypted transport (TLS), encrypted password storage (bcrypt), tenant-isolated database queries, optional 2FA, on-demand backup. There's a dedicated readiness page in the app you can hand your auditor.
- What if I want a feature you don't have?
- Email it through. We're a small team building this for builders we know — your feedback drives the roadmap. Real example: a customer asked for QR site sign-in last month; it shipped two weeks later.
