All prices in AUD ex-GST. Annual / 6-month / 3-month commits are billed in full at signup, so the bigger the commit, the bigger the saving — and the smaller the surprise renewal at the end of the period. Cancel any time; the period you've paid for runs out and no future charge happens.
FAQs
- Do I need a credit card to start the trial?
- No. Sign up with email + password. You only enter card details if you decide to subscribe at the end of your 14-day trial.
- Why a discount for paying upfront?
- Cash flow is everything for a small business — both yours and ours. A 12-month commit lets us reserve hosting + support capacity in advance, and we pass the saving back as a 25% discount. Quarterly is a softer commit at 10%, half-year is 18%.
- What happens when the trial ends?
- Your workspace goes read-only for 30 days. Subscribe any time during that window and everything resumes — all data stays put. After 30 days of inactivity the workspace is archived (still recoverable for 90 more days).
- Can I switch plans later?
- Yes. From the billing page, manage billing and switch up or down any time. We pro-rate charges so you're never double-billed.
- Can I cancel my upfront commit early?
- Yes — just hit Cancel from the billing page. Your subscription continues until the end of the period you've already paid for. No refunds for partial periods (that's how upfront discounts stay sustainable for us).
- Do you see my data?
- No. Every tenant is isolated in the database. We don't read it, sell it, or train AI models on it. Your Stripe invoices show total revenue only — never what you do with the app.
- What about AI — is that extra?
- AI features (voice → meeting notes, auto summary, AI proposal pitches) are included, but you bring your own OpenAI or Anthropic key. You pay the model provider direct cost (~$0.005 per project of typical AI use) and we never charge a margin on AI.
- Where's my data hosted?
- In-region datacentre matched to your project's market. Nothing leaves the region except (a) Stripe payment processing and (b) AI requests if you've enabled them, which travel from our server using your own API key.
